Power: Event manipulation. Ryuuzaki can cause specific future events to occur, merely by thinking of them. However, the DIA deemed this to be "too powerful" and used their Secret Government Ways to put limitations on the ways he could use his powers, as they trained him. Currently, Ryuuzaki must write down a short dictum, such as, "Tomorrow, the Helix Academy will have a fire drill" in order for his power to activate. He generally keeps a notebook of these dictums (except for emergency situations), which he occasionally submits to DIA for review.
Subject: Ryuuzaki regularly teaches Ethics class twice a week, but is otherwise a substitute teacher.
Bio: Agent L., aka L. Ryuuzaki, was picked up by a government agency known as The Department of Internal Anomalies, aka the DIA, around the time he graduated high school. The agency was formed to track and remove "persons of supernatural powers who display aggressive criminal tendencies". However, for security reasons, the DIA has gone VERY underground. Their motives and ways are shady, even to L, as they seem to rarely act in apprehending anyone but the most overt of murderers.
Ryuuzaki was guided by this group in developing his powers, but they are still often a mystery, even to him. It seems, however, that when he writes down certain things, they will come to pass. There are many strange rules to this power, though. And Ryuuzaki is still learning those.
He has currently been placed at the Helix Academy as a substitute teacher by the DIA, without the knowledge of the Academy as to his true purposes. He also teaches an Ethics class.
L. is known to be highly intelligent, but very quirky. He's never seen wearing shoes, and always slouches or sits in bizarre ways. He's also known to have a massive sweet-tooth. Despite all of this, he's challenging and strict as a teacher, and known to pull some dangerous stunts from time to time.
